Creations’ mission is to promote the arts, creativity, discovery and STEAM learning. 

Creations partners with families, businesses and local organizations to provide educational activities that support student learning.

our History

Creations' founding element, started in 2010, is the community arts and crafts studio enjoyed by children, adults, groups and classes.

In 2011 Creations expanded to include an indoor, educational, discovery play area with a restored wooden sail boat, STEAM activities and games. 

In January 2015 the Sandpoint Arts Alliance merged with Creations for Sandpoint. As a result of this merger, the educational art programs and services offered by each individual organization are now offered together under one roof. 

Creations renovated our art studio in 2019 to better serve drop-in art users and art class students.

In 2020 we added an indoor treehouse and more STEAM activities to our discovery play area!
